There are two types of interviews in our hiring process. Between each round, we gather feedback from your interviewers and determine next steps.

Pre-Employment Test

As part of the recruitment process Columbia Ventures will give candidates an online assessment. This assessment will change depending on your position. Ask your interviewer which test you will face, so you can prepare in advance.
